What is the earliest you found out the gender of your baby?

I am 14 1/2 weeks and going for an ultrasound tomorrow. I know its early but my sister found out the gender of her son at 15 weeks so I am hoping we can see something tomorrow. What is the soonest that you found out your baby’s gender?
Of course, healthy is all I am praying for. I will love a boy or girl just the same — just anxious to find out so we can prepare more. Also, so I can start saying he or she…….I **** saying “it”. When I say he, everyone jumps “You are having a boy?”. Lol. Just anxious….that’s all.
