see baby gender better at 30 weeks pregnancy?

I went to do a ultrasound at 25 weeks pregnancy, but the doctor couldnt check the gender cuz the baby got her legs crossed, now I am 30 weeks pregnant will a now see the baby gender clearly or the baby will cross the legs agian? and I am due 14 aug, does it mean that I will give birth excact on that day ? or it could be earlier or later ?
